Skin Laser & Surgery Specialists of New York and New Jersey has carefully crafted a return policy that we believe is fair to both our customers and our business. To start the authorization process for a return, you must log into your account and follow the appropriate links. The process for asking for a return authorization process is relatively easy. However, we encourage our customers to read the general return policy before asking for an authorization.
Overview of Our Return Policy
We ask our customers to return products through the UPS or the United States Postal System. Remember that some items are not allowed to be ground transported. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, except when a return results from damage or an error from our end. Skin Laser & Surgery Specialists of New York and New Jersey does not assume responsibility for lost and damaged return packages. Always keep the shipping receipt for proof of shipping.
The Specifics of Our Return Policy
Any product you purchase from us that you want to return must ship in the original packaging. This includes every part, printed materials, and promotional flyers. We will not accept altered skin care products and every return product must contain more than 50% of the product. Our clinic reserves the right to deny return authorizations or refuse to allow store credit for any product not returned in its original package. We review all accounts that have multiple product return requests.
We will not accept returns for additional reasons:
- The return does not include the return merchandise authorization (RMA) number printed on the exterior of the original package
- Refusing an order when delivered to a home or business
- Order comes back to us with a “Return to Sender” label
- Returned product not properly packed for transport
- Damaged return product
- Return package arrives with postage due notice

We recommend that our customers inspect products shipped from our warehouse for damage immediately after receiving the products. Please contact us immediately to inform us about broken and/or damaged products.

You should pay special attention to the ingredients used to make our skin care products to prevent using a skin care product that your skin rejects.
